Find clarity, resilience, and create a life aligned with your values.
Thank you so much for being here, and for having the courage and curiosity to explore what counseling can do for your life. Taking this step is a powerful act of self-care and rebellion against a culture that demands we carry our heaviest burdens alone. As a counselor, my professional identity is rooted in an explicitly holistic and liberatory framework. My background is built on a deep understanding of how our environments shape our psychological well-being. My approach to trauma counseling rejects the standard clinical model of pathologizing human distress. Instead of viewing your pain as a personal failure or maladaptive I look at the whole picture—examining how personal history, systemic oppression, late-stage capitalism, and our disconnection from the natural world intersect to create suffering.
I specialize in treating individuals navigating complex trauma (C-PTSD), deep grief, and profound existential distress. Whether you are healing from long-standing structural harms, processing grief, or grappling with the weight of finding meaning in an overwhelming world, we will work as true collaborators. My approach integrates somatic safety, systemic awareness, EMDR, IFS, and ecotherapy to help you downshift your nervous system, resist oppressive conditioning, and actively reclaim your life and autonomy. You do not have to be a polished, perfectly consistent product to be worthy of healing; all parts of your survival story are welcome here.
